This business has made me realise that there is no point buying meat from supermarket Worth every penny, even if you do spend a little more than you might elsewhere. Our most recent purchase was a couple of T-bone steaks. We cooked them medium rare and they were the tastiest, most succulent and tender steaks that we have had anywhere. I can't recommend this butchers more highly.
